有本书上说：副词 enough 修饰形容词、副词或动词时，永远置于其后。有这么绝对吗？我是说“永远”这个词是否用得不够妥。

也可以说：We haven’t got big enough a house.
He was a handsome enough child. 他是一个很最帅的小孩。
也可以说：He was handsome enough a child.
但，假如enough修饰整个名词词组，则置于形容词之前，这个另当别论。比较：
We haven’t got big enough nails. 大家没够大的钉子。
We haven’t got enough big nails. 大家没足够多的大钉子。

在enough big nails中，enough是形容词，不是修饰big的，而是修饰big nails。
除此之外，在非正式英语或口语中，可能出现The room is enough large. 或者This is an enough large room.的句子，但都不可取，至少现在英语语法不允许。或许过了多少年将来，这种使用方法可能时尚？
