我的疑问1： But not murder!与第10课标题 not for jazz一样 ，省略了主语it和be动词，什么时间状况下可以这么写？是只有标题和对话才会有这么写对吗？
我的疑问2：Sure that I had passed, I was almost beginning to enjoy my test. 这里省去了being，那种情况可以像如此省区being？
