我有一位朋友初到美国，新相认的美国友人纷纷缠着他，叫他讲述有关中国的现状。
朋友是个口才非常不错的人，而且英文根底非常不错，所以说来娓娓动听，大受青睐。
有一次，当他讲完见闻后，他们冲口而说道：Oh， you can say that again1！朋友以为他听不了解，叫他再说一遍。于是他又讲了一次。
事后，一位美国人告诉他You can say that again.不可照字面讲解。原来这是一句赞美语，意思是说得好！或真妙!笔者在不少电影的对白中都听过这句话，所以特别在这里介绍出来.
