意译：有太多类型的感冒病毒让他们没办法辨别。

too 意味着超越极限，暗示不定式没办法做到。

大家汉语有时说“太好了”，这里不是超越极限，而是“很，十分”之意。英语其实是 very good，very great。不是 too good，too great。
