as though引导虚拟语气的时态

Christine stared angrily at her boss and turned away, as though______outof the office.

这个从句应该是虚拟语气与过去事实相反，不应该用would have done的形式吗？为何要用不定式to do？

as though she were to go out of the office. 主句谓语为一般过去时stared，go out是后于谓语动作时间的。所以as if/as though用would do或者were todo表示后于谓语时间的动作。were可以和主语同时省略，剩下不定式。 D 的谓语形式没错，错在缺少主语。
