Racecation refers to a trip that combines participating in a race, such as a marathon or triathlon, and a vacation.

比赛休假指的是途中要参加比赛的旅游，譬如在假期行程中参加马拉松或三项全能比赛。

Who said running is all work and no play? Yes, training for a marathon or half marathon involves long runs, early mornings, weekend sacrifices and challenging workouts. But it can also be a great reason to explore a new city and plan a fabulous^{1 vacation. Or, as I like to call it: a racecation.}

哪个说跑步就是只工作不玩耍？是的，参加马拉松或者半程马拉松需要长跑，非常早起床，牺牲周末时间，和挑战性的训练。但探索一座新城市，计划一个美妙假期也是个好理由。正如我喜欢称之为：比赛休假。
