than any other后通常接单数名词，在口语中也可以接复数名词。比如：
This airline is cheaper than any other airline. 这家航空企业的机票比其他任何一家航空企业的都实惠。（《外研社英汉多功能词典》p.2203）
I like dogs better than any other animal. 我喜欢狗胜于其他任何动物。（在这种结构的句子中，animal 通常用单数，（口）也可用复数） （《外研社英汉多功能词典》p.1486）
