【答】可以有两种剖析办法：
1. The last time （when / that) I saw her,she was quite well.
把句中的划线部分看作定语从句，先行词是time。这个时候（when/that)是关系副词，可以省略。但不可以说：The last time I saw her 是定语从句。
2. 把 The last time 看作是引导时间状语从句的连词，意思是“上次……的时候”。The last time I saw her 是时间状语从句，这个时候，句中不可以出现（when/that)。
