疑问词how后面可以接形容词和副词，如：

▲但值得注意的，如此用的 how 一般与表示较高程度的形容词连用，通常不与较之于较低程度的形容词，如一般说 how old, 通常不说 how young；一般说 how long，通常不说 how short。但假如需要对较低的程度予以特别关注，也可将 How 与较低程度的形容词连用，如：
A：I think he’s too young for the job. 我想他干那工作大年轻。
B：How young ishe then? 那样他有多年轻呢?
A：We need a short article to fill the paper. 大家需要一篇短文填补报纸上的空白。
B：How short must it be? 它需要多短呢?
