答案为 D，假如不考虑逻辑主语的问题，是否 B 也可以?

“with + 宾语 + 带 to 的动词不定式”结构在句中可以作缘由状语、随着状况状语或补充说明，其中的带 to 的动词不定式一般用主动式，不需要被动式。比如：

With so many children to support, they both have to work full time. （缘由状语）因为有这么多小孩要抚养，他们两个不能不全日工作。（摘自赵振才教授编著的《英语容易见到问题解答大词典》增订版p.1641）
