求职信要发挥最大的成效，语气需要一定、自信、有创意而不过分夸张，如能事先知道雇主的爱好，或别的人格特征，依据人以群分的原理，求职信假如能迎合雇主的特征，求职的人肯定可以比别的人占上风，获得面议的机会。
