多数人在求职时都会考虑如此一个问题：求职时到底是学历要紧还是经验更要紧。学历是选拔人才的第一标准，它至少代表了你的基本素质。但社会中高学历的人愈加多，经验就成为选择的规范。

求职时，学历比经验更要紧。
Knowledge is a key factor in one's future. Without being well|educated, you are not able to do many jobs which need special and professional knowledge and skills. Therefore, a diploma can be a benchmark to judge a person's ability.
常识决定命。没好的教育，你就不可以够做很多和专业常识及能力有关的工作，因此学历是判断一个人能力的规范。
In my opinion, exerience can be gained gradually after graduation. However, for some professional knowledge, the situation is totally different. Sometimes, it will take a long time to absorb and need a teacher's guidance. When you enter the working field , you will have a limited time to study. Therefore, I think as a student, the most important thing for us is to achieve a higher degree which can be an advantage for us to compete with others.
在我看来，经验能在毕业之后慢慢获得。然而对于一些专业的常识而言，状况就大不相同了。有时这类常识会花费很久去理解，而且还需要老师的指导。当你有个工作之后，你的学习时间就很有限了。因此，作为一个学生，对大家来讲非常重要的事情就是获得高学历，这是大家和别人进行角逐的优势所在。
Experience is more important than a diploma in job|seeking.
求职时，经验比学历更要紧。
Nowadays, more and more employers tend to employ those people who have relative experience with their future jobs. Therefore, in order to gain a comprative edge in job|seeking, we should pay more attention to gain experience than to pursue a high degree.
目前，愈加多的招聘者倾向于那些对将来工作有肯定经验的人。因此，想要在找工作中高人一筹，大家应该愈加重视增长经验，而不是一味地追求高学历。
A high degree does not stand for strong ability in job performance. However, with more experience in working, we can realize which skills are needed and which ones are not, and we can learn with a certain and clear objective, But we have no such a clear objective when are at school. Most students waste a lot of time on some courses which are not necessary in their future jobs.
高学历并不是在工作中的高能力。然而，假如大家有更多的经验，大家就会意识到什么技能是大家需要的，什么是大家无需的，从而大家就有了一个明确的目的。但大家在上学的时候是不会在有如此明确的目的的。很多学生在一些对未来的工作没帮助的课程上浪费了不少的时间。
