“倒卖进京户口指标”团伙落网

Beijing police have busted a gang illegally selling resident permits for the city, the municipal public security bureau confirmed on Monday.

经北京公安局周一证实，北京警方刚打掉一个非法倒卖进京户口指标的犯罪团伙。

非法倒卖进京户口指标就是illegally selling resident permits for Beijing，户口正式的英文表达是registered permanent residence或household registrations，北京户口也可以简单地用Beijing hukou来表达。

该团伙先后为80余名非京籍大学本科、硕士毕业生办理了进京落户，非法牟利总计300余万元。现在，13名涉案犯罪嫌疑人因涉嫌buying and selling official documents和abuse of power已被检察机关依法批准逮捕。
