国家进步改革委、国家能源局日前印发《关于健全能源绿色低碳转型体制机制和政策手段的建议》。《建议》提出，深化能源范围体制机制改革革新，加快构建清洗低碳、安全高效的能源体系。
China has rolled out policies and measures to improve the mechanism1 for a green-oriented transition of energy across the country, according to a document jointly2 released by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration.
