美国口语常用 I'm gonna 及 I wanna 的省略形;听起来虽有亲切感,但应防止在正式的场所中用.

curfew 是指关门之意. 我赶不上关门时间是

2. Those people hanging out next door are so noisy.

常常聚集在隔壁的那些人吵闹的非常.

hang out 是常常聚集, 等于hang around.

常常流连的场合 拼为 hangout.

呦!他们又切断我的电话了. 也可以说 They cut me off again.

shoot 是狗屎,胡说之意;

****一词最好少用,shoot还可以.

service是指公共事业.

是.

5. Who am I gonna bum^{2 some money from next?}

我下一个该向哪个借钱呢?

bum是敲竹杠,乞讨,含有有借无还的意思,

如: Can I bum a cigarette from/off you?

这个房间开始有的臭味了.

compost heap 是肥堆,用作恶臭之意.

垃圾一般称为 trash,

厨房的菜屑碎肉之类的垃圾称作 garbage.

同时,可燃垃圾称为 burnable waste.

那个色狼又出现了!?他让我浑身其鸡皮疙瘩.

pervert 是变态者,调戏孩子者称为 child molester^4,

偷看者称为peeper.常用 You dirty old man!

He's creepy. 是之意.

9. I kill time. 消磨时间.

kill除去有杀死的意思以外,还有很多不一样的意思.

如: The noise killed the music. 是指之意.

10. I blow-dry my hair. 吹干头发.

dry 是弄干之意. 用毛巾擦干是 towel oneself,

用力擦干就用 towel away.
